It wasn't as exhausting as it looked from below and the views were expansive.
There were lots of switchbacks and a steady climb but at least we didn’t have to worry about the footing. Other than one place where the concrete shifted underneath your feet.
We didn’t go in the church. It may be built on the site of a former temple, pieces of which were used in building the church.
The views from the courtyard are great, as are the views on the way back down.
