Tuttle Marsh Wildlife Area is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so I suggest using Google maps to find it if you head out there. If you aren't into birds you might find it boring.
We saw turtles, egrets, herons, ducks, cormorants, an eagle, turtles, osprey, and miscellaneous small birds. There’s a gravel road through the area, and you can pull over wherever you want and wander around. There weren’t many other people around other than a more serious photographer and some hunters, so it was nice and serene. (And our camera was acting wonky so the egret photos didn’t turn out as well as they could.)
