The shuttle stop for Sentinel Falls is #11, Four Mile Trail. You can also get nice views of Yosemite Falls from there.
Stoneman Meadow is near Curry Village and offers good views of Staircase Falls, Half Dome, the Royal Arches, and more.

The two shuttle stops associated with El Capitan — #8 and #9 — have nice views of not only El Capitan, but surrounding cliffs and peaks, and Horsetail Falls.
