We spent four nights at Fischer's Cove the spring following hurricanes Irma and Maria, as part of two weeks island hopping in the Virgin Islands. The storm damage was sad but we still enjoyed our visit.
Fischer’s Cove is where we saw some of the most dramatic hurricane damage up close. I honestly don’t think it was officially open while we were there other than to people staying there while working on their boats or homes. I think they only honored our reservations because we made them so far in advance and we were understanding about conditions. Our room was very basic, but clean and functional, although the toilet found solids challenging.
