Cascade Canyon
Today we did our favorite hike ever, Cascade Canyon in Grand Teton National Park. It’s near perfect.
Wyoming
Grand Teton National Park
Grand Teton doesn’t have the variety of Yellowstone but it does have gorgeous mountains and a perfect hike. We spent two nights nearby.
The Southeast Quadrant
Today’s itinerary focuses on the southeast quadrant because it’s on the way to Grand Teton National Park. We’re also hiking Elephant Back Mountain.
Mt Washburn and the Canyon
Today’s itinerary is brief because we’re hiking to the top of Mt Washburn. Other than that we’re focusing on the canyon area, one of my favorite parts of the park.
The Northern Quadrants
Today’s itinerary is Norris around to the Beartooth Highway and then back to Canyon Village. Plus the Cascade Lake trail. (The northern quadrants.)
The Southwest Quadrant
Today’s itinerary starts at Old Faithful and goes to Norris. (The southwest quadrant.)
Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone National Park is huge, can be crowded, and has lots to see and do, requiring careful planning. We spent three nights here. I would recommend more time if you have it.
