Chapel Basin at Pictured Rocks
Chapel Basin includes Chapel Falls, Chapel Rock, and Chapel Beach. It’s not a difficult hike to Chapel Rock. A good day out.
Pictured Rocks Boat Tour
A boat tour of Pictured Rocks is THE way to see the rocks. Not much is visible from land. We took the powered option.
Munising Falls and Sand Point
Munising Falls and Sand Point are near each other. The falls are a quick visit; Sand Point is worth hanging out at for a while.
Munising
Munising is the closest town to Pictured Rocks and a good place for exploring the area, with a nice campground and some good lodging and dining options. We camped here for four nights and could happily have stayed longer.
