Sequoia Resort & RV Park
There aren’t many places to stay near Sequoia & Kings Canyon. We chose a cabin in the Sequoia Resort and RV Park.
Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park
Grant Grove
Just getting to Grant Grove was an adventure thanks to road closures. It was well worth the effort.
Foothills
Only a small section of road near the Foothills entrance was open when we were there. There weren’t massive trees or other major landmarks but it was pretty.
Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks
We didn’t get to see as much of these parks as we wanted. Most roads were closed due to snow and damage. What we did see was beautiful, and we did see giant sequoias. 5 nights was too many for what we were able to see but probably would have been good if the parks were fully open.
