Alpe di Siusi was easy to get to from Castelrotto and there were lots of hiking options even if you didn’t want to climb mountains. Beautiful scenery too, even from down low.

I remember the beauty of the Dolomites from the train on my first trip to Italy and was happy to come back. It’s a bit out of the way but relaxing once you arrive. 4 nights worked well for what we had planned. Stay longer for more hiking and mountain scenery.
