James Bond Island Day Trip
Phang Nga Bay was one of my must sees in Thailand. We made it on our last day. It was great finale.

Phuket
We spent 3 nights on Phuket. We stayed in Phuket town, which had good shopping and restaurants, interesting architecture, and easy access to day tours to Phang Nga Bay.
Koh Lipe
Our 5 nights on Koh Lipe was much like expected. Another relaxed island with beautiful beaches. We really liked being able to snorkel from shore in front of our hotel.
Koh Rok Snorkel Trip
Our day trip to Ko Rok Nai and Ko Rok Nok offered good but not great snorkeling. We may be spoiled.
Koh Lanta
While the beach at Koh Lanta was not as nice as on other islands the atmosphere was more relaxed. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.
Koh Phi Phi Day Trip
We’d heard Maya Bay and Maya Beach were crowded but had no idea what that actually meant. We found out.
Krabi Town
We spent 3 nights in Krabi Town thinking it would be more convenient for day trips and continuing to Koh Lanta but Ao Nang would be a good option also.
Cheow Larn Lake
Cheow Larn Lake was billed as “spectacular” and they didn’t lie. Well worth the effort to get here.
Elephant Experience
Hanging out with elephants was everything I hoped it would be. So cool to interact with them and feed them.
