The cliffs and lighthouse at Cabo Rojo are beautiful and the salt flats interesting.
Getting to Cabo Rojo was a bit of a challenge. We couldn’t find 101 in Lajas so we took the back roads to Cabo Rojo. The lighthouse itself was closed but the salt flats were interesting. They were bulldozing piles of salt. There was a nice sea view from the cliffs near the lighthouse and a marker to someone who fell off.
