Conwy
Conwy is a compact little town with a castle looming over it, a good selection of restaurants, and pretty scenery around. It was a relaxing and interesting three nights to start to our trip.

England and Wales
Two weeks of walking, castles, and heritage trains in North Wales (Conwy, Porthmadog, Caernarfon, and Llandudno) followed by another week of walking in Ambleside and Keswick in the Lake District. We hit Carlisle and Skipton on the way to London for a week of cultural pursuits.
